2nd Year History Fieldtrips

Classes 2.6 and 2.7 finished off their History studies this year with visits to the Jeanie Johnston Famine ship on Customs House Quay. We learned a huge amount about the human stories of both tragedy and hope behind the statistics of the Great Famine. We're looking forward to more History next year! Many thanks to Ms. Downey, Mr. Cosgrove, Ms. O' Carroll, and Ms. Ronan for organising and supervising the history trips for 2nd years throughout this academic year.
