Naughton Scholarship recipient 2019

Congratulation to 2019 6th year student, Daniel O'Sullivan who received the Naughton Scholarship on Saturday last. The presentation took place at Trinity College where Daniel is a 1st year student. Mr. Turlough O'Brien and Ms. Marie Lawlor (both teachers of Daniel's) were present in Trinity on Saturday and accepted the College element of the prize on behalf of St. Brendan's. This scholarship programme was established in 2008 to promote the study of engineering, science and technology at third level in Ireland. Each year a number of exceptional students are awarded scholarships to study at undergraduate level. Congratulations to Daniel, his family and all his teachers during his time at St. Brendan's. We wish him every success in the coming years.
