Information for parents Posted : 29 September 2021 Dear Parent/Guardian, Please see below the latest government advice sent to schools: The HSE has provided information for parents about the changes to contact tracing and testing for children aged between 3 months and 13 years in early learning and care, school aged childcare, education, primary school sports and social settings. You can find it here: https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/13610-information-for-parents-about-the-changes-to-contact-tracing-and-testing-for-children-aged-between-3-months-and-13-years-in-early-learning-and-care-elc-and-school-age-childcare-sac-education-primary-school-sports-and-social-settings/ They have also provided other resources for parents for download here:: https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/a04fc-advice-for-students-and-their-families/ Included in these resources are Videos and posters outlining the common symptoms of Covid-19, The key message stressed to all parents is that if a child has any new onset symptoms as listed and feels unwell or seems off-form that they should not be sent to school and that parents should contact their GP for advice, if necessary.
