Maria Vitae Porta is the motto of Our Lady’s School. It means Mary, the gate of life. During the month of May we celebrate Mary, the Patron Saint of our school. Life is a journey, and we have Mary, the Mother of Jesus, as our guide.
We invite members of the school community to bring flowers in to decorate our May Altar in reception. Perhaps you could pick a few flowers from your garden, bring them in in a jam jar and place them on the table.

Dear Parents,
The Department of Education confirmed the following yesterday:
Following discussions with the education partners it was agreed as part of the Accredited Grades process, that post-primary schools would close on the 28th of May this year rather than the 4th of June in order to complete the work required on Accredited Grades.
Therefore Friday the 28th of May will be the final day for school this term.
Kind regards,
