Well done to the 1st Years who went walking last week and took photos of Irish wildlife on their journeys. David Attenborough himself would be impressed with the following three photos who gain House Spirit points:
Emily Hanratty C1 for her photo of a fox.
Caitlin Ryan L1 for her photo of a swan and signets.
Lucy Somers M1 for her photo of a heron.

Hi, we are the TY Active School Flag Class 2020/2021 and we just wanted to make sure that you’re keeping active and well during these challenging times. We have been planning some fun activities for everyone to take part in. One initiative that we took was the Nike 100km Challenge for all the year groups. The participation has already been tremendous so well done to all students and teachers for getting involved. Don’t forget to take a walk every day to get to 100km and win house points! We’ve also been planning some smaller one minute challenges that you’ll be receiving during P.E. class so make sure to keep an eye out for them. Most importantly make sure to look after yourself and others, physically and mentally. Getting active is a great way to do this and you can take part in any of the ASF challenges with your family. So don’t forget to get up and get active!
