Our U-14 Boys were lucky to have the opportunity to participate in a national gaelic football blitz just before Covid 19 put a halt to such activities.
The Super Blitz was a joint venture between Sky Sports and GAA Croke Park. The event took place at the wonderful facilities at Abbotstown. The boys played in mixed teams with boys from schools throughout the country. This was an excellent experience for all concerned. Our boys were fortunate to get a few pictures with some GAA Stars. Thanks to Mr Carbury and Mr McHugh for accompanying the lads.

Dear parent/guardian,
We hope this message finds you well!
Could we ask you to encourage your student to download our school App from either the Play Store or App Store. This will enable us to communicate directly with them. You will receive the message also but this should take away some of the responsibility of delivering the communication to your student. We would encourage you to still check that they received the message.
Students must use their school email address.
Take care of yourselves!

Online behaviour
Created : 16 Mar 2020, 9:10 PM
Archived : 31 Mar 2020, 1:00 AM
This is related to our recent post in relation to Anti-Bullying Week.
Unfortunately we must highlight the issue of photographs on student profiles on the various platforms associated with our school. It has been brought to our attention that some students are using another student's photograph as their profile icon. This is inappropriate even with the person's permission.
Other people can then see these photos. Where consent is not freely given this is bullying. Posting something inappropriate online once is deemed bullying as it can be reused or misused by others. We are asking you to speak to your student about this behaviour and to encourage them to post their own photo if they deem that a profile photo is necessary.
We will be monitoring the platforms associated with our school.
Apologies for posting after 9pm.
