Christmas Jumper Day for Saint Vincent de Paul

 There will be a Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 14th December to raise funds for Saint Vincent de Paul. Teachers will begin to collect €2 from students  Monday 4th December onwards.

IGC Careers Fair

Our fifth year students spent a very informative afternoon at the Kerry IGC Careers Fair in MTU. The fair provided students with an opportunity to meet college representatives, career specialists and employers at a time when they are preparing to make their career choices.

Great trip to the European U21 qualifier between Ireland and Italy in Turners Cross. A superb atmosphere created by our fantastic students while seeing the next generation of stars in action. A great time had by all. @faischools

1st year girls had their first training session yesterday and it was a big success! The girls received expert guidance from Kathy Shaw, who has played for the Irish team. We’re looking forward to a great year of hockey ahead!
Minor LGFA

Our minor ladies football team had their first outing yesterday in the Munster competition against a strong Colaiste na Sceilge in Cahersiveen. Down at half time, our girls had a much improved second half performance but it was the Cahersiveen side who took the victory. Well done to all.

Our 1st years made their Munster debut beating a very good Abbeyfeale team in Tralee today. Goals from Daragh O Conor and Kieran Patton with loads of good support and performances all round. Desmond College are up next in the next fixture.
