Confirmation that CPC will reopen on Monday 5th March. All paths have been cleared and the building is ready for us to resume. We would still urge all to take care coming to and from school and on the school grounds. In particular the throwing of snowballs could cause serious injury given the amount of grit present. We look forward to seeing all safe and well tomorrow. Kind regards, C. Moynihan

GAA: Our U/14 boys team had huge success beating CBS Kilkenny in the South Leinster Final. They now face St MacDaras from Templeogue in the Leinster Semi Final with the date TBD. The U/16 Boys have also qualified for their South Leinster Final with the opponent yet to be decided. Training has now commenced for the U/14 girls on Wednesday’s and the First year boys with fixtures for both teams soon to be released. Basketball: Hard luck to our Cadet Girls basketball team who were beaten by CastleIsland of Kerry in the All-Ireland ‘A’ Quarter Final of the cup. This was a massive achievement for the school and a result of the hard work from the girls and their coach Mr.Wheeler. Well done girls. The 1st and 2nd Year girls team have recently played a number of games with a mixed bag of results. Special well done to the 1st years for representing the school for the first time. Soccer: Our first year boys have played in two very competitive games these past two weeks against Pipers Hill and Naas CBS but unfortunately came out on the losing side.
