Dear Parents and Guardians,
Due to the extreme nature of Storm Éowyn and the threat of multi-hazard weather events on Friday 24th January, Met Éireann has confirmed a red weather warning. Based on this, the National Emergency Coordination Group has advised that all primary and post-primary schools in red warning areas will close for the duration of the red warning. As we are in a red warning area school is closed tomorrow, Friday 24th January.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
The scheduled Staff Development/Planning Day on the school calendar for Monday 13th January has now been deferred until Wednesday 12th February.
With the forced closure on Monday 6th January due to the hazardous weather conditions and again tomorrow (Thursday) for the teacher professional training day (facilitated by the Department of Education) for new developments in the Leaving Cert 2025/2026 it would not be ideal to be closed again in such as short space of time.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Regards,
K. Martin
Good evening all,
