TY1 students along with Ms Cashin visited Care Choice Dungarvan this chilly morning to plant daffodils, crocuses and hyacinths which we hope the residents will enjoy in the Spring. The students planted bulbs around a large circular flower bed and also planted up some window boxes with sweet smelling bulbs.

Diane Healy from EBS as part of Junior Achievement Module gave each student a Job Description along with monthly earnings. Students then had to budget and plan how to spend wages with unplanned scenarios occurring that ate into their budget. Reality strikes !

Our senior camogie team unfortunately lost to a strong Kinsale team today in their first outing of the year. Our juniors face the same opposition in two weeks time.

Our senior hurlers had their first outing of the session today in Ardfinnan against Scoil na Trioniode Doon. They had a good win on a score line of 1-13 to 2-8. Great team performance
