Today TY students launched the Christmas Shoebox appeal. TYs will be the driving force behind this campaign. If any students or teachers have shoeboxes they can give them to the TYs or drop them to Ms Commins or Ms McGann’s classroom.

Senior ladies footballers

Our senior ladies footballers had their first outing of the season today playing the all Ireland finalists of the last two years, Loreto Clonmel. They were beaten on a score line of 4-16 to 1-8 but a good team performance was put in. They face St. Mary’s Middleton in the next group game.

46 1st year girls had a great day of hockey in the Munster blitz, coming away 2-1 winners v St. Angela's in the Division A final. Goals by Kelly Campbell and Mamie Kenneally.
