Our German exchange students enjoyed a lovely céilí in St Augustine's College today.Ms McGrath along with her TY students taught them a Waltz ,the Sieze of Ennis +the Hyland Fling. "Húlaí Aibhistín "played along to all the dances.

Busy in English class preparing a poster of the movie Twelve Angry Men. It is a courtroom drama concerning the jury of a homicide. This is a great introduction for students to understand drama and a legal system.

There is still uncertainty regarding the exact track of Storm Lorenzo. On its current forecast track, it will pass close to the western Azores early on Wednesday, weakening after that to an extra tropical low, with an increasing probability that it will pass close to or over Ireland during Thursday and Thursday night. The situation is being carefully monitored by Met Eireann and there will be further updates. In the event of a RED Weather alert for the South East on Thursday,October 3rd the school will remain closed on that day. We wish to stress that this is only in the event of a RED weather alert. Otherwise there will be school as normal.

Today our senior footballers got their campaign off to a winning start this year with a resounding victory over Ardscoil Mara Tramore in the Waterford Post Primary Senior Football competition. They will go on to play Kilmac in the next round.
