We are delighted to announce our school's successful application and recent grant announcement of the Physical Activity in Education Pilot Programme. We are one of 24 schools nationally to be selected and we look forward to the investment of €10000 to assist new curriculum design and incorporating a physical activity methodology in some of our chosen subject areas.

Please find attached a poster for the Family Support Clinics that are available throughout Cavan.

Parents /Carers/ Families can drop into the Family Support Clinics for support and advice.

There are no barriers in accessing these clinics.

Family support practitioner is there to provide

• A listening ear

 • Provide practical parenting support and advice

• Signpost to appropriate supports

• Advocacy

• Assist in form filling etc.

• Advise the Senior Network Co Ord that the Family require a more intensive support service with consideration for opening a Family Support Referral and/or Meitheal.
