Well done to Lauren Grant (TY) who took part in the Regional Final of the Soroptimist Public Speaking Competition on Saturday, 27th Jan in Drogheda. She didn't make it through to the final but spoke very well on her own topic of 'Partnership and Empowerment of Women' and on the impromptu speech 'Intelligence' A big thank you to Ms Conlon for working with Lauren and for attending the event.
As the weather is improving and temperatures are not as low, all students must wear the correct uniform to school from tomorrow, Wednesday 24th January. 3rd and 6th year students must be in full and correct uniform for mock exams. Thank you

After-school violin lessons take place very Friday at 1:30pm in the music room. Marisol would love if more students joined in, so if your daughter is interested, please encourage her to pop in! No experience and no violin needed. Thank you
As there are cold temperatures expected, students may wear their school tracksuit for the remainder of this week and all of next week. Ugg boots must not be worn to school. Please note that students are permitted to wear black/navy tights with their school uniform. Thank you

They are running a webinar on How Parents can support Students with Dyslexia on Wednesday January 24th at 19.00. (Details attached). They have run this webinar many times in the last two years and parents have found it very useful and practical.
