Reminder: Please email Ms O Reilly TODAY if you are interested in doing this course.
The Bar of Ireland's "Look into Law" Transition Year Programme is an exciting initiative aimed at increasing students' awareness of the work of The Bar of Ireland and to encourage students to consider a career as a barrister. This annual "Access all areas" programme aims to encourage schools and students from a wide cross-section of society to apply to take part. Due to Covid-19, this programme moves online for 2021. Although the programme will be different from the usual TY Programme, the advantage of it being online is that are no limits to number of schools and students who can apply.
See attached PDF for further details
Any TY student interested in doing this course please email Ms O Reilly with your email address by Tuesday 26th January 2021.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
We hope you are all keeping well!
We are posting this message again as we begin Week 3 of Remote T & L. We hope it will answer some of your questions.
Please see the document attached for more information on how this will work. Its not quite as daunting on this occasion but will still require a little time to adjust to this new norm. MS Teams can be accessed on Xbox and PlayStation.
We would ask you to support and help guide your student through this experience. We feel that it is very important that students keep to the structure of the school day. Students are expected to follow their school timetable. Teachers will either be on live or there will be an assignment. You will appreciate, it is not possible for all teachers to pre schedule all live lessons.
Some students, especially younger students may become overwhelmed by this new experience. We will be on hand to offer as much support as we can to help the transition
to online learning.
Best of luck, take care & keep safe!
