The Munster Schools Cross Country competition was held today in Tramore Valley Park in Cork in very tough conditions. We had three athletes from BCS - Oscar Cunningham (junior boys), Charlotte Norman (intermediate girls) and Ryan Whelan (intermediate boys). Well done to you all and particular congratulations to Charlotte Norman who finished 12th which qualifies her for the All Ireland which will be held in Ballybrit, Galway on March 8th.

We would like to congratulate 5th Year student Gemma Corcoran who made her senior debut for Waterford Ladies Football on Monday. Well done Gemma, 

EAL club today hosted by Ms. Darragh and Ms.Forbes. Students from all different backgrounds meeting and playing through English language. Student’s enjoyed pizza, banana bread and chocolate by master chef Ms. Darragh. They also played Uno, the Nintendo switch and table tennis with all interactions through English. We look forward to EAL club again next month. Thanks to everyone for coming.

Well done to all our athletes who competed in Carriganore last Thursday. Particular congratulations to Oscar Cunningham - Junior Boys, Charlotte Norman - Intermediate Girls and Robert Riordan - Senior Boys who have all qualified for the Munster Schools Cross Country which will take place on Friday 14th February in Tramore Valley Park in Cork. 

Well done to all students who completed Contemporary Issues Task Interviews and Practical Achievement Task Interviews  in LCA 2, 6th year  while  LCA 1 (5th Years) completed their  General Education Task Interviews.
