Please see attached letter regarding school uniform. I would ask for your support in reminding your daughter, if necessary, of her responsibility as follows: • Students should wear full school uniform on each school day when they do not have P.E. • Each student is required to wear the school P.E. uniform on her P.E. day – runners, grey hooded top (with school crest only), plain, loose-fitting navy tracksuit bottoms and a plain white tee shirt. Leggings must not be worn.. • During the current cold weather spell, students are permitted to wear tights with their uniform and on particularly cold days, we do permit students to wear the school PE uniform (as above).

35th Maths Olympiad

Congratulations to Beth Collins, Amisha Dhele, Sophie Faughnan, Sophie Kilcullen, Aisling King, Caoimhe Mc Daid and Cara Sharry who are the top scorers in the 35th Irish Mathematical Olympiad – Round 1. The girls are invited to attend Mathematics Enrichment classes at University College Dublin which lead into Olympiad training classes. The Mathematics Enrichment classes help identify and train talented students, with a view to selecting a team to represent Ireland in the next IMO in Oslo (Norway) in July 2022.

We would like to alert parents to updated information from the HSE re close contacts in a household setting - Fully vaccinated household close contacts: If you are a household close contact and you are fully vaccinated and you do not have symptoms: restrict your movements (stay at home) for 5 days.. Unvaccinated household close contacts: Restrict your movements for 14 days if you are not fully vaccinated and you do not have symptoms of COVID-19 and you: are a household close contact or non-household close contact of a person that tested positive for COVID-19 or live with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19, but you feel well. A reminder that students should not come to school if they are unwell. Thank you
