Irish National Taekwando Championships

Congratulations to those who took part in the ITA Irish National Taekwondo Championships in Limerick this weekend – Lucy Dalton (5th Year) gold for patterns & silver for sparring, Erin McGill (2nd Year) gold for sparring, Emma Mooney (5th Year) gold in specials, Molly Mack (TY) gold medal, Orla Hickey and Livia Garg-Holohan (TY) who narrowly missed out on medals, Cara Groenewald (TY) who won 3 gold medals in her first competition as a black belt and Sarah Reddin-Conroy (6th Year) who competed a senior level and won gold in sparring, gold in patterns and a cup for the best overall female. There are many more students who competed and I will update this post as I receive news of their achievements. Well done everyone!

Our second Parents Association lunch date is fast approaching. Following the success of our first outing in November 2019 tickets to this years event sold out very quickly. We look forward to welcoming those of you who secured a ticket to St. Anne’s Golf Club on Friday November 19th at 1pm. The Golf Club restaurant management requires guests to have the following items with them for entry to the club: 1. HSE Covid-19 vaccination certificate or other proof of immunity. The QR code on the certificate will be scanned. 2. Guests may also be asked to ​show photo ID. The email which you received from noreply@easypaymentsplus.com confirming your ticket purchase serves as your ticket. Please have this available to view on the day. If you purchased a ticket for someone other than yourself please email paholyfaithclontarf@outlook.ie with the names of those attending with tickets purchased by you and forward your confirmation email(s) from easypaymentsplus.com. If you purchased a ticket and cannot attend please let us know by email as soon as possible if you are giving your ticket to another person or if it is available for someone else to purchase. This week we are participating in the Climate and Nature Summit. Green Group organised 'walk to school wednesday' to raise awareness about climate change. It was lovely to see so many students walking and cycling to school.
