With an intensity to rival this mornings England v New Zealand rugby match the annual Teachers v Students volleyball match took place yesterday. The 6th Year students, who had been secretly practicing since September, overcame the teachers in a good spirited event.

The Senior hurling team will take on Dunshaughlin CC this Thursday at 1pm in Dunganny, Trim. With some luck we might have another hurling final this year to look forward to.
Post Leaving Certificate Options Meeting

A meeting will take place on Thursday 21st November at 7.00p.m in the Lecture Room to discuss Post Leaving Certificate Options including the CAO application process. It is important that each Leaving Certificate pupil be represented. The meeting will be facilitated by Ms Susan Moran (Career Guidance Counsellor). We look forward to meeting you.

Focusing on the success of a large Irish indigenous company ( Caffreys) 3rd year students learned about marketing products in the confectionery industry, production processes, the impact of technology and the possible effects of Brexit on business activities. Students demonstrated their own skills by decorating some products and sampling a few!

The TY Indoor Market is taking place on Sunday 24th November 12.30 - 15.30 in the school gym. This is a great family day out and a chance to pick up some early Christmas presents! We have a range of stall holders selling freshly baked goods to bric-a-brac. We are looking forward to welcoming all visitors on the day.

The TY annual Indoor Market is taking place this Sunday 24th November 12.30-15.30 in the school gym. It promises to be an enjoyable family afternoon. The stalls will be selling freshly baked goods, bric-à-brac, clothes and handmade jewellery. There will be a raffle on the day with some great prizes to be won. We look forward to seeing you there!!!

Well done to the 6th LCVP class for organising a very successful bake sale today. €230 raised will go to the National Exotic Animal Sanctury in Coolronan. Kevin from the Sanctuary will visit the class in the coming weeks to discuss the work carried out there.
First Year Disco

First Years have their annual supervised Disco in the school tonight from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Students must be signed in and out by their Parents/Guardians and entrance is only for students of Athboy CS. Please remember it is a phone free event.
