12 of our TY students attended the ESERO Ireland Space Careers Roadshow in the WIT Arena as part of Engineers Week 2020. This event provided students with an excellent opportunity to engage with space industry professionals.

Today TY students enjoyed a fast fashion workshop. Discussions took place in order to motivate and empower students, throughout their lives to become informed citizens who take action for a more sustainable future. Students brought in an old T-shirt and up-cycled it. Many thanks to Mr O Brien for organising the workshop.

Our Minor hockey team who participated in the inaugural Waterford Minor Hockey Cup. All 32 girls played across 3 games, playing some excellent hockey at times, and it was great preparation for our upcoming Munster Semifinal in the next couple of weeks. Thanks to @newtownschoolw for hosting a great tournament

Speaker on courses in hospitality and careers in the hospitality industry tomorrow @ 9.40 for 5th and 6th years interested. 6th years please ask permission from PE teacher. 5th years not attending the talk must attend study hall for supervised study.
