Well done to the parents who have signed up and committed to our 6-week Yoga Classes.
The journey began on Monday 8th April with the full beginner class getting under way at 6pm. It was a great experience and our excellent Tutor, Louise Smith put us all at ease - progressing from gentle warm ups and neck rolls to Warrior Poses and Sun Salutations before finishing off with a relaxing wind down.
The more experienced class then commenced at 7.30pm and again, Louise led the group through their poses.
Well done to all the parents who have signed up. See you all for Week 2 - same time, same place!
Warm Regards
