They faced Diamonds again in the final, the only team that beat them in their group.

Here is a summary of upcoming events:

Active Week 2023
Our school Active Week begins today. Here are the activities that are running over the next week;
1) Table tennis takeover: Each class will have a go at table tennis in PE class and during lunchtime this friday and next the PE hall will be open for anyone who wishes to come and play a social game of tabletennis. The badminton nets will also be set up to cater for anyone who wishes to play badminton during these times also.

2) Walk around Ireland - Today sees the launch of our school walkway which starts at the PE hall. Your class captain or vice-captain should collect a progress chart from the office before lunch. Each time your class completes a lap with your teacher your class captain will record it on this sheet. So if you do 3 laps today and there's 22 in your class that's 66 laps recorded for Friday 28th. Each lap represents 1km on our Walk around Ireland. The class captain will return the progress sheet to the office next Friday by lunchtime and we will track our progress along the coast of Ireland.

3) Sports day takes place this coming Tuesday for the whole school. Everyone is asked to wear their house colours for the day. Sports day begins at 11am and runs for the remainder of the day, so you will need to bring books for the 1st 3 classes.Sports day us weather permitting so In the event of poor weather we will revert to the normal timetable.
