Transition Year
RCSI Mini Medical & Mini Health Sciences 2021 programme will take place from the 22 – 26 February. This programme will encompass elements of the three schools of Medicine, Pharmacy & Physiotherapy. This programme will be virtual, therefore there will not be a limit on spaces & all Transition Year students who register can attend. While the event is online, attendees will not be required to turn on their cameras. Please share the below link with your students as they will need to register themselves directly & we will be in touch with those students in early February with further details. TY Spoken Poetry Competition

‘TY Spoken Poetry Competition.' Ms. Murphy is running a Spoken Word Poetry competition for all Transition Years and particularly those who have already completed the spoken word poetry module this year. All you have to do is record a film to go with the spoken word poem you wrote in class and inspired by the videos of spoken word poets that we watched throughout the module. All entries to kmurphy@staugustines.ie by Thursday 28th January. If you haven't completed the spoken word module but want to enter the competition, please e mail Ms. Murphy for links to videos. There will be an Eason's voucher for those who win first, second and third prize.
