 We are delighted to inform you that HCETSS is a registered ISPCC Shield organisation. 

As a result, our parents and guardians are able to access the ISPCC parent/guardian webinar series 'With great power comes great responsibility’. These webinarsaim to support parents/guardians to develop the skills in order to keep their children safe online.

This two-part series will focus on online safety and critical thinking and we strongly encourage parents to register and attend online.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of the ongoing redevelopment of senior cycle, the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) is currently updating the Transition Year Programme Statement and developing a curriculum for Senior Cycle SPHE.

A draft TY Programme Statement and SC SPHE curriculum are available for consultation. 

There are several ways to engage with the consultations, all of which are outlined in the links below. We would very much appreciate if you could share the links with your networks and encourage parents, students and teachers to participate in this important aspect of the curriculum development process.

Dear parents/guardians,

Our 2nd and 3rd year music Let's Hear It For The 80's will be taking place from the 23rd - 25th of November in the Assumption Junior National School, Walkinstown.

We are looking for parent volunteers from the 23rd - 25th of November for our musical production. We are mostly looking anyone with experience as a light or sound technician, a mic dresser (or someone who is willing to be trained as a mic dresser), and someone to help supervise students backstage etc. If anyone would like to be involved, please email Alex at office@hcetss.ie

1st & 2nd year boys basketball training cancelled due to rain & slippy surface. 

Boys 1st and 2nd year basketball training has changed to Tuesday at 15:10 - 16:00. This will take place in the new yard.
