Our annual start of year school mass will take place tomorrow afternoon (2nd October) in Salthill Church. This is an important whole-school community event and we look forward to celebrating our school community together. Students should all wear their school jackets or other appropriate jackets in case the weather is less than clement.

There will be no Homework Club for 1st or 2nd Year students after school tomorrow (Thursday) due to the Open Evening taking place. However, students staying on for Open Evening who are unable to go home first may go to Rm 30 to do their homework.

There will be a camogie meeting in Rm 29 tomorrow (Thurs 26th Sept) at 11am for all camogie players. There is no camogie training tomorrow after school.

A meeting will take place for the parents of all TY students on Tuesday 24th September at 7:30pm. It is important that at least one parent for each student attends this meeting.

Well done to everyone to organised, took part in and contributed to our sports day, making it a great success. Thanks in particular to Ms. O'Regan, the house leaders, house committees, TY students and 5th Year prefects. It was a great day and a success because everyone participated so well, worked together, and entered into the spirit of the day.

In support of the Galway ladies playing in the Intermediate and Senior Camogie finals this Sunday and in the Senior Football final next week, we will have a non-uniform day this Friday (6th Sept) where students can wear their Galway jerseys or other maroon and white clothes to school.
