Some of our student council members represented our school today at the student council conference in Croke Park. The lads had to collaborate with students from other schools on a host of activities throughout the day. The day began with a keynote speech from Leo Hogan who introduced the days events. They listened to debates from other schools on topics such as bullying, sexuality, mental health and the environment. Students then played a round of bingo to finish up the morning. After lunch more group work and another round of debating. Karaoke finished up a very enjoyable day for the lads.
