As part of Safer Internet Day, our TY students conducted a digital safety lesson for some first-year students using Minecraft for Education. During the lesson, students gained knowledge about identity theft, password protection, and cyberbullying through a virtual world in Minecraft.

Such initiatives help to raise awareness about internet safety and the risks we face online. Well done to the TY students and a big thank you to Ms. Heffernan for organizing the lesson.

Those doing their Oral exam on Saturday April 1st need to allow themselves extra time to travel as there is a Triathalon taking place on the Borris Road tomorrow. This could involve heavy traffic, stoppages, road blocks etc. - all outside of your control. It might be an idea to plan on being dropped off and walking the rest of your way on the Borris Road so that you can be here with enough time to relax and gather yourself. Best of luck to all those doing their Orals this week!
