Well done to Jessica Moore, Siobhan Brady and Jeanne Flynn who were runners-up in the Clonfert Diocese Public Speaking Competition. Also, well done to their mentors Ms. Dempsey and Ms. Keenan-Spain for all their hard work in preparing them for the event.

Well done and thank you to all who contributed to our Positive Mental Health Day on Thursday 27th April, all money raised was used to fund the day. A special thank you to the student council, TY's and teachers who assisted us on the day and helped to ensure its success for the third consecutive year.

Well done to Alisha Larkin and Lughaidh Morgan who qualified for the Connacht Finals in the 100m and Long Jump respectively. The Connachts take place next Thursday in Athlone.
The inter and Senior competition takes place tomorrow in Athlone, those involved please bring €5 for bus/entry fee. Bus leaves at 8.50. Best of luck.

Congratulations to Katie Lynch (TY) on winning the Bank of Ireland CoderDojo Techno Wearables Award in the Three Arena last night. A wonderful achievement for her and the Art Department. Well done to all involved.
Annual Positive Mental Health Day

Our Positive Mental Health Awareness Day will take place on Thursday 27th April, with activities happening in the school throughout the day, Don't forget to check the notice boards for times and venues. The day will culminate in a 5km 'FUN RUN' after lunch. It's a non-uniform day but please wear comfortable clothing and trainers for the walk and other events during the day. Also, please bring a change of clothing for after the run. A cost of €3 per student is required to help fund the events. Money will be collected again tomorrow.
