Suitable for Parents , SNAs, Primary and Post Primary Teachers 

This session will explore regulation, movement breaks, mindfulness and meditation practices that can be applied in the classroom/home setting. The session takes us through establishing the energy in the room, easy regulating movements, breath work and key pointers toward holistic health and well-being from a whole class inclusive  perspective.

Please respect our neighbours and refrain from parking in residential areas as cars will be clamped or towed if causing any obstruction. Supporters can avail of parking in Back Ash Park and Ride less than a 5-minute walk from the Stadium.
