Laois Food Appeal There are 40 families in Laois who find themselves in very difficult circumstances this Christmas. Items we are looking for include: Pasta Rice Noodles Tinned fish Tea / Coffee Tinned Fruit Non-perishable food items Flour Sugar Crisps Sweets Selection boxes Sweet treats for children All foods to be brought to Ms Lewens Room RG52. Eddie and Rajou enjoyed a lovely morning in Dunne's Garden Centre in Durrow. They are completing the Grow It! Cook It! Eat It! in Solas and went to ask the gardener questions about plants. Today Solas had the pleasure of welcoming two alpacas to our school. The alpacas called Pixie and Cormac were a huge hit. The students thourghly enjoyed themselves as did the staff. Alpacas are a great therapy animal for autistic students #wellbeing #furryfriends #fromeachhisbest

Starting 11 for our FAI Schools Leinster Senior A Cup game tomorrow Vs Athlone C.C. This is the 2nd round of the Cup and we will have to come away with a win as this is a knock out competition. Let’s get behind the lads tomorrow as they try to secure a spot in the final 16 of the competition which began with over 90 entrants ️ KO 12pm on the school pitch #cbsabu
