Parent Teacher Meeting for Second Year

Please read the following carefully: The Second Year Parent Teacher meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 11th from 16.15 to 18.45. We would welcome your support as we roll out a PT organiser meeting system which we hope will grow with us over the coming years. After the meeting we will look for your feedback and can try to take this on board for our First Year parent teacher meeting in early 2022. To book your appointment slots, please number in order of preference (from 1-9) the teachers that you would like to see. You might like to discuss this with your child. When all preferences have been inputted for the year, the system will then allocate slots according to the time available (2.5 hours). It may not be possible to see every teacher. The Parent Teacher meeting is intended to provide a brief overview of academic attainment in the nine subjects that your child will take for the Junior Cycle terminal examinations. There won’t be time for a detailed conversation. If you need to talk to someone in detail about a concern of any kind then please make an appointment to see one of us by emailing the relevant teacher or contacting the office. Unfortunately, the DE has yet to issue updated advice on meetings in schools, and we have therefore been advised by our management body to hold the meeting online. The link for the PT meeting organiser system is below: ptmorg.com/parentlogin.php?School=68366C To access the system, a student ID is required. This is your child's VSware ID code. The VSware ID can be found by logging in to VSware (using your browser) From the Parent Dashboard, select your child Go to the Personal Tab and click on Learn More Next, click on the 'School Tab' on top The VSware ID is displayed on this screen (7 digit number)
