Dear Parent
There seems to be an issue with the link to Ballyhass, Please disregard. I will sort a generic waiver from the school. The issue is on the Ballyhass side.

Dear Parent
Our 4th years will finish their examinations this Tuesday, their year is far from from over. They will have their end of year awards night on Wednesday. They will have Wednesday morning to recover from the stress of exams, I expect all boys in the year group to report to the school at 3.30pm on Wednesday to help with the set up of the evening. I will take a roll call in the theatre a 3.30. The boys will be expected to set up the theatre and social area to present their projects to parents and guests, who will arrive from 7pm. It is their evening, I am only there in the background to help, the night is down to the boys themselves.
The boys will attend Ballyhass Mallow and Ballyhass Coachford on Thursday and Friday, This has been paid for in advance and it is very much part of the school year. Roll call will be taken on both mornings prior to the buses departing the school. The buses will depart on both mornings at 08.35 and return between 4pm and 4.30pm on both days. Plenty of changes of clothes and towels will be required along with packed lunch and water. there are shops on both sites so a small amount on money or card or phone can be taken, no responsibility will be taken for items taken on the trip, there are no lockers so i would caution bringing anything expensive. Please see groups attached below.
I hope the boys have had a enjoyable and beneficial year. I hope you have seen them mature from boys to young men. I hope you have found the year a beneficial one for your son. Their year will officially end on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 4.30pm when both groups return from Ballyhass. We wish both you an d them a pleasant summer break and look forward to seeing them all in August refreshed and ready for the challenge of the leaving certificate.
